Trends in AUM

We commenced the business of organizing and managing residential funds in 2004. In recent years, we have been working to expand target areas of business by investing in logistics facilities and student residences, while also managing core funds for office buildings and commercial facilities.

Assets broken down by type

Assets broken down by type is as of April 1, 2024.
The assets under management (AUM) includes the total of the acquisition prices of assets regarding which asset management contracts have been concluded or the appraisal value of assets as of the time of the conclusion of asset management contracts(figures as of March 31, the end of the fiscal year).
The AUM in and after FY2017 include only private funds because the department in charge of managing the private REIT was transferred to TLC REIT Management, Inc. on April 1, 2017.

Apr, 2005 TLC organized first private commercial property fund.
Feb, 2007 Tokyu Land Capital Management Inc. (TLCM) established.
Jul, 2007 Private investment fund business transferred from TLC.
Sep, 2007 TLCM organized first private commercial property fund.
Dec, 2007 Asset management business involving office investment funds organized by TLC subcontracted to TLCM (business transfer from TLC).
Jan, 2008 Private residential fund organized (targeting large-scale residential properties in central Tokyo).
Apr, 2009 First subcontracting of asset-management business from another firm to TLCM (central urban commercial facilities).
Aug, 2009 Private office fund organized (targeting Class-S offices in urban centers).
Mar, 2010 Private residential fund organized (full-equity fund).
Dec, 2011 Asset management business subcontracted from another firm. (large-scale outlet mall in the local city).
Sep, 2012 Private residential fund organized (for domestic pention funds).
Nov, 2013 Private logistics fund organized (targeting logistics facilities in the suburbs of central Tokyo).
Mar, 2014 Broadia Private REIT, Inc. launched.
Sep, 2015 Asset management business (wholly-owned by TLC via 30 SPCs)subcontracted from TLC.
Apr, 2017 Transfer of Asset management bussiness of Broadia Private Reit,Inc. to TLC REIT management,Inc.
Sep, 2017 Received a subcontract for asset management services for a renewable energy power generation project fund(targeting large-scale solar power generation projects).
Dec, 2017 Organized a commercial private fund (for overseas sovereign pension funds and other funds targeting investments in the greater Shibuya area).
Dec, 2017 TLCM's AUM exceeded one trillion yen.
Sep, 2018 Received a GRESB real estate assessment (for residential private funds).
Sep, 2019 Issued green bonds in the solar power generation business fund.
Feb, 2020 Organized a residential private fund (targeting student residences).
Feb, 2022 Organized a logistics private fund (targeting advanced logistics facilities).
Apr, 2024 Transferred the renewable energy fund management business (excluding funds entrusted with investment management or investment advisory services under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act) to ReENE Co., Ltd.
