Trends in AUM
We commenced the business of organizing and managing residential funds in 2004. In recent years, we have been working to expand target areas of business by investing in logistics facilities and student residences, while also managing core funds for office buildings and commercial facilities.

Assets broken down by type is as of April 1, 2024.
The assets under management (AUM) includes the total of the acquisition prices of assets regarding which asset management contracts have been concluded or the appraisal value of assets as of the time of the conclusion of asset management contracts(figures as of March 31, the end of the fiscal year).
The AUM in and after FY2017 include only private funds because the department in charge of managing the private REIT was transferred to TLC REIT Management, Inc. on April 1, 2017.
