Trends in AUM

Since TLC began organizing and managing residential funds in 2004, we have organized and managed numerous funds, including those targeting investment office buildings and commercial facilities. We manage investments based on core funds that are constructed to yield stable returns.

Note: The AUM is composed of the acquisition price of assets which we manage and the appraisal value (as of the day of conclusion of the asset management contracts).
